My name is R. L. White, and I am an author, intuitive creator, storyteller, and founder of Indie Author Tarot House. My work lives between the mystical and the human, where dark fantasy, spiritual insight, supernatural worlds, and emotional truth meet.

 

For as long as I can remember, my imagination has never been quiet. Stories, characters, places, and entire worlds often arrive in my mind with a force of their own, as if they are waiting to be discovered rather than invented. I have always felt deeply connected to the unseen layers of life: the signs, the synchronicities, the dreams, the strange pulls of intuition, and the quiet knowing that there is more to this world than what we can physically touch.

My books are born from that place.

 

I write gothic supernatural fiction, mystical stories, and emotionally rich worlds filled with witches, ghosts, hidden histories, spiritual power, buried truths, and characters who are searching for who they really are. I am especially drawn to stories about survival, transformation, sisterhood, destiny, spiritual awakening, and the people who rise after life has tried to silence them.

 

But my work is not only about magic.

It is about life.

 

It is about grief, love, betrayal, hope, fear, courage, humour, healing, and the strange, beautiful mess of being human. I believe stories have the power to reach places ordinary words sometimes cannot. They can comfort us, challenge us, awaken us, and remind us that even in our darkest chapters, something powerful may still be forming beneath the surface.

 

Alongside my writing, I also create oracle and tarot-inspired decks designed for reflection, guidance, creativity, and spiritual connection. My decks are made for those who listen to their intuition, believe in signs, and enjoy working with imagery that speaks to the soul.

 

At the heart of everything I create is one simple truth: imagination is sacred.

Whether I am writing a book, designing a deck, building a fictional world, or creating something spiritual, I want my work to feel alive. I want it to carry atmosphere, emotion, mystery, and meaning.
